MLA takes on remodeling projects starting at $5,000. That minimum is how we protect the quality and the timeline on every job we accept, and it means the crew you meet is focused on your project, not stretched across a dozen small ones.
Where a project lands from there comes down to a few things: the size of the space, the materials and finishes you choose, and how much has to be rebuilt behind the walls before the finish work begins. We walk all of it with you in person, so the number you get is real and there are no surprises later.
We come out and look at the actual space. Most estimates take about an hour, any day between 8am and 7pm.
You get a plain, itemized scope of exactly what we are doing and what it costs, so nothing gets decided for you halfway through.
A licensed crew does the work, keeps you in the loop, and cleans up the site so your home stays livable throughout.
We walk the finished project with you together and do not call it done until you are genuinely happy with it.
